Kuk & Parfyme tar steget videre som fanzine i pocketbokformat. Den første utgaven lanseres i Bergen med forelesningen The Meta-Politics of (Post-)Pornography av Tim Stüttgen, skribent og kunstner blant annet kjent som redaktør for antologien Post Porn Politics – The Symposium Reader (b_books, 2009).
Gjennom Kuk & Parfyme zine setter redaktørene Ingrid Forland og Vebjørn Guttormsgaard Møllberg fokus på blikket (the gaze) i film og video, og sammen med bidragsyterne Kaja Cxzy Andersen, Madeleine Bernstorff, Thelma Bonavita, Matilda Carlid, Ulrike Feser, Aksel Kielland, Ninna Poulsen, Julia Schönstädt, Nicolas Siepen, Slaves, Stine Sterk, Tim Stüttgen, Terre Thaemlitz og Livie Yo undersøker de muligheten for et annet blikk.

While positioning myself in the tradition of pro-sex-feminism, queer activism and post-pornography, drawing on, amongst others, feminist performance artist Annie Sprinkle, film theorist Linda Williams and queer philosopher Beatriz Preciado, this lecture interrogates the wider context of the pornography-debate and its historicities in feminist and queer discourses, including the anti-porn-positions of Linda Dworkin and Catherine A. Mac Kinnon, the sex and cultural wars of censorship during and after the Reagan era, and the debates around the dramatization of sexual panic and paranoia including the aids-panic and new forms of gouvernmentality and commerce (Linda Singer), the childsex-paranoia (Laura Kipnis) and the trafficking discourse (Laura Agustin).
Through providing this context, post-pornography can be contextualized as one reaction on these multiple discourses, which were partly hijacked by the conservative and christian right. A postpornographic perspective, I argue, should not be read as a plain avantgardistic „beyond“ of classic feminist and queer discussions of pornography and its ab/uses, but in the centre of bringing a genre to its paradoxical limits.

Tim Stüttgen har studert film, kunst og kjønns- og queerteorier I London, Hamburg, Maastricht og Berlin. Hans forskning dreier seg om tema som pornografiens historie og post/porno, performancekunst, visuell historie tilhørende black liberation og post/slavery, sexarbeid, focault og Deleuze/Guattari. Som kurator og aktivist har han organisert symposia, konferanser og festivaler, som Post / Porn / Politics (2006, Volksbüne Berlin), Genderpop! (2008, Goethe-Institut Athen) og What´s Queer About Queer Pop? (2010, Hebbel-Am-Ufer Berlin). Han skriver for ulike politiske og kulturelle tidsskrift i Tyskland, Østerrike og Sveits, og hans seneste bok Post Porn Politics – The Symposium Reader ble utgitt på b_books i Berlin. De siste seks årene har han opptrett som dragdronningen Timi Mei Monigatti. Han bor og jobber i Berlin.
Kuk & Parfyme eksisterte fra 2009 til 2010 som en filmklubb på Kurant Visningsrom i Tromsø. Målet med Kuk & Parfyme filmklubb var å vise filmer som generer diskusjon rundt temaet film og seksualitet. Filmklubben viste filmer i det lunefulle landskapet mellom queer trash art og politisk horror, deriblant W.R. Organismens mysterier av Dusan Makavejev, The Cockettes av Bill Weber/David Weissman og Tornerose var et vakkert barn av Jytte Rex.
Redaktørane for Kuk & Parfyme zine er Ingrid Forland og Vebjørn Guttormsgaard Møllberg, som begge er utdanna ved Kunstakademiet i Tromsø, og bor nå i Oslo.Vebjørn arbeider med video og musikk. Ingrid arbeider med tegning og publikasjoner i rom og på papir.
